What we've delivered
Cases
Concrete projects that show how Wercstat solves ERP challenges; from legacy modernisation to custom modules on the Wercstat framework.
Clients rarely choose Wercstat for a single project. They choose a technical partner that builds alongside them for years, sometimes decades. The cases below vary in nature and scale: a complete ERP for trading in heavy machinery (since 2007), custom modules and a modern web-based layer on an existing InforLN system at an aluminium producer (since 2000), and a high-volume supply-chain web service for a large retailer (since 2016). What they share is that they are all still in production and still being developed further.
The question each project started with was different every time. The approach was the same every time: specify needs precisely, build on a foundation that grows with you, and stay engaged as a partner for as long as that adds value.

Euramax Cladding: 25 years of custom work on InforLN, with a Wercstat framework layer since 2021
Since 2000, Wercstat has built custom modules on Euramax's InforLN ERP: a transport, quality and production module that are still in daily use after 25 years. Since 2021, a Wercstat ERP layer sits on top, with sales orders, material and production planning, inter-company orders and stock scanning. Fully integrated with InforLN and operating 24/7, because production also runs in night shifts.
- Transport, quality and production modules on InforLN, still in daily use after 25 years.
- Java application on the Wercstat framework (since 2021) for sales orders, material and production planning, inter-company orders and stock scanning, fully integrated with InforLN.
Delta Heavy Machinery: nearly two decades of ERP and website
Wercstat has been building Delta Heavy Machinery's ERP since 2007. It started as a Java desktop application for purchasing, sales, inventory, transport and the workshop; it has since been extended with marketing, a financial integration and a fully integrated website. The system is now being rebuilt step by step into a web application on the Wercstat framework.
- One system for purchasing, sales, inventory management, transport and the workshop, in daily use since 2008.
- Fully integrated website (deltaheavymachinery.com) with live stock and workshop inspections.
Large retailer: supply-chain web service in Java, continuously in production since 2016
In 2016 Wercstat built a Java web service with complex supply-chain calculations for a large Dutch retailer (4500+ employees, billions in revenue). The service handles millions of requests per hour at 99.9% availability, is closely integrated with the existing ERP backend, and serves internal planning as well as the retailer's own web shop and large business customers. A companion service dashboard makes the logic behind every calculation visible in detail for customer service.
- Millions of requests per hour, 99.9% availability since going live in 2016.
- Serves internal supply-chain planning, the retailer's own web shop and large business customers from one central service.
