Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot, however, verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, to prevent data being collected without parental consent. • Sending our newsletter and/or promotional material

  • Being able to call or email you when this is necessary to deliver our services

  • Informing you about changes to our services and products

  • Delivering goods and services to you

Retention period

Wercstat does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected.

Sharing with third parties

Wercstat only shares data with third parties when this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies

Wercstat only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. You can opt out of cookies by configuring your browser so that it no longer stores them. You can also delete any information previously stored through your browser settings.

Accessing, correcting or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for the data processing or to object to the processing, and you have the right to data portability.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer or withdrawal of consent to info@wercstat.com. To make sure the request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID.
