We’re looking for someone who not only enjoys programming, but is also curious about how a company works. How does the logistics flow, how is production organised, what does the financial stream look like? At Wercstat every project starts with questions like that; they determine what eventually gets built.
In this role you help build custom ERP systems for trade and production companies. You work on our own low-code framework and on the modules that run on top of it at clients, with AI skills that turn specifications into working software as a tool within easy reach.
What you bring
A Java background, ideally with experience in Spring Boot, JPA and SQL.
An interest in AI as a tool for software development, not as an end in itself.
An affinity with business processes around trade, production, logistics and administration. You enjoy sitting down with a client and understanding how the organisation works.
A desire to grow from developer into someone who takes on the whole journey: from client need through specification to a working solution.
A bachelor’s or master’s level in computer science, or comparable practical experience.
