We’re looking for someone enterprising, who enjoys talking with business owners and can win new projects independently. Not a hard seller, but someone who listens to what a client really needs and knows how to find the right solution for it.
In this role you are the commercial face of Wercstat. You make contact with trade and production companies in our region, lead the first conversation about their ERP challenges, and guide the process until the collaboration is up and running. After that you remain the client’s point of contact: you gauge how the system is working out in use, spot new needs and translate those back to the development team.
What you bring
A few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT services or a related business segment.
An affinity with business processes around trade, production, logistics and administration.
Independence and initiative. You don’t wait for leads to come to you, but actively look for companies that are getting stuck with their current ERP.
Strong communication skills, both with clients and with colleagues on the development team.
A network in the southeast Brabant and north Limburg region is a plus.
